Five Week Winter Workout Oct. 13th - Nov. 13th 5:30p-7:30p Multiple stations of baseball skill and
technique training. Speed, agility and sports
performance development.
Mon, Tues, Weds, & Thurs. Campers
will come one day a week for five weeks.
Spring Training Jan. 26th - Feb. 26th 5:30p-7:30p A series of practices drills to improve
performance and prepare the camper for
the upcoming season. Train just like the
pros with the pros.
